5.9.24 - Are you disciplined?

Good morning ,

Earlier this year I bought a mini stepper off of Tik Tok. By earlier I mean January 1, 2024. 

I had intentions to use it in conjunction with some dumb bells to exercise at home. 

Here it is May, and I could probably count on 1 hand how many times I've been on that stepper. LOL.

I told my husband last week that I was going to start using it. Here it is almost the end of this week and I still haven't hopped on it LOL. 

It's crazy to me how I can be so disciplined in so many areas of my life, but when it comes to physical exercise, I lack discipline. That bothers me. 

I can go for walks. I can eat healthy. I can drink plenty of water. I can keep up with business. I can be careful of my spending. I can show up to my commitments. But for some reason I cannot get on that stepper. 

Do you find yourself disciplined in most areas but in that one area, you cannot seem to get it together? 

That's me. I know how important it is to exercise. I love how I feel (and look) and after exercising. But for some reason I walk by the stepper every day without getting on it.

I'm tired of it. So for the next 7 days I'm going to get on the stepper every day. I don't know how many minutes I'll be on it, but I'm getting on it.

I don't know what that area is for you, but don't let more time pass by and you haven't done the things you want to do. Life moves fast. This year is almost half way over. Get disciplined in the areas that you are lacking discipline in. Discipline is good for us.
